GOLDEN RICHER customers receive a 30 day period from the date of receiving your order to return the product with its original packaging and receipt for a full refund. Customers are advised that if it is beyond 30 days of the date of purchase, GOLDEN RICHER will NOT offer the client a refund or exchange.
GOLDEN RICHER will NOT accept the refund of items that are not in their original condition, are damaged and/or missing parts for reasons that are not due to a GOLDEN RICHER error, or returned after 15 days of delivery.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), you will receive a notification e-mail of receipt and approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited in the form of payment from the original purchase. Credit payments vary depending on individual banking institutions. If you have not received your credit, please contact us.
We only accept exchanges of items that are defective or items that have been shipped incorrectly. We DO NOT accept exchanges for any other reasons.
Additionally, the client will be responsible for the shipping & shipping costs for all returns.

本公司只接受一次性退換貨服務。
請勿在未通知客服人員的情形下自行寄回,未通知自行寄回的商品將無法進行任何換貨退款的服務。
- 收到商品當日算起七日內得以申請退換貨 (宅配以宅配人員遞送至指定地址當日為準,超商取貨則以取貨付款當日為準)
例: 1月5日簽收,當天算起,得於1月11日前提出退換貨申請 - 超過七日鑑賞期,本公司有權利拒絕退換貨申請的服務
- 退換貨時請保持商品完整,吊牌及包裝、防塵袋都需保持完整良好,並且一併寄回
- 若外包裝及商品損毀,因人為使用過無法恢復原狀再售出,本公司有權利拒絕退換貨
- 在非商品瑕疵情況下,退貨商品寄回之運費需由消費者負擔
- 若包裹包裝瑕疵所造成運送過程中的商品傷害,本公司將有權利拒絕退換貨申請的服務

- 無論退換貨在收到商品後請容許3-5個工作天處理換貨或是退款相關事宜

耳針較軟且細,故有些許彎曲為正常
▌金屬刮痕 ▌
金屬產品,或有重疊部分,表面會產生摩擦,有細小刮痕,小凹凸點
▌尺寸誤差 ▌
尺寸可能因測量不同而存在誤差,0.5~1 公分 屬正常
▌飾品在一般配戴下 ▌
會因個人使用方式及排汗量多寡造成不同程度褪色
汗水會破壞電鍍層,故配戴 手鍊/項鍊/戒指類 較為貼身飾品,
清理不當或時常佩戴可能造成飾品發黑為正常現象
